Drain the engine coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".

Remove grill (1). Repeat for the other side.

Disconnect hose (3) from aftercooler (2). Remove bolts (4) from shield (5). Repeat for the other side.

Remove top grill (6) .

Disconnect hose (7). Disconnect hose assembly (8). Disconnect hoses (9) and (10) from tank assembly (10). Remove shield (5) that was identified in Step 3 from the machine.

Remove radiator cap (13). Disconnect hose (14). Remove bolts (15) and remove filler tube (12) .

Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to aftercooler (2). The weight of aftercooler (2) is approximately 57 kg (125 lb). Remove bolts (16) and lower aftercooler (2) so that aftercooler (2) rests on the bottom of the engine compartment.

Reposition the suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) and remove aftercooler (2) from the left side of the machine.
