Machines without a Swing Out Hydraulic Oil Cooler
Raise the engine hood and open the access door on the left side of the machine.

Loosen eight wing bolts (1) and remove two screens (2) from the radiator.

Check the radiator fins for debris.
Remove dust and debris from the radiator fins and from screen (2) .Compressed air is preferred, but high pressure water or steam can be used to remove dust and general debris from a radiator. Clean the radiator according to the condition of the radiator.See Special Publication, SEBD0518, "Know Your Cooling System" for more detailed information about cleaning radiator fins.
Install screens (2) with wing bolts (1) .

Loosen eight wing bolts (1) and remove two screens (2) from the radiator.

Lift latch (3) in order to release the latch.
Swing the hydraulic oil cooler outward.
Check for accumulated dust in the fins of the hydraulic oil cooler and the radiator .
Clean the fins of the hydraulic oil cooler and the radiator with compressed air, pressurized water or steam.
Remove dust and debris from the radiator fins and from screens (2) .Compressed air is preferred, but high pressure water or steam can be used to remove dust and general debris from a radiator. After cleaning, swing in the hydraulic oil cooler and secure latch (3) .
Install screens (2) with wing bolts (1) .
Close the engine hood and close the access door.
