Assembly Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install the lip seal (15) with the sealing lip toward the inside of the hub. Put a thin coat of 1P-0808 Multipurpose Grease on the lip of the seal.

Install the roller bearing (12) and the spacer (13) in the fan drive pulley (2). Partially fill the cavity that is around the spacer (13 ) with 1P-0808 Multipurpose Grease. Install the roller bearing (14) in the fan drive pulley (2).

Install the shaft (7), dowel pin (10), spacer (8), and the grease fitting (9) to the mounting bracket (11) .

Install the fan drive pulley (2) on the shaft (7). Install the O-ring seal (6) to the fan drive pulley. Install two bolts (4) and the retaining washer (5) in order to secure the fan drive pulley (2) to the shaft (7) .

Install the fan hub (3) to the fan drive pulley (2). Install six bolts (1) that secure the fan hub (3) to the fan drive pulley (2). End By: Install the fan drive.
