The Caterpillar Monitoring System does not provide the harness code to the implement ECM.
The Caterpillar Monitoring System does not provide the temperature of the hydraulic oil to the implement ECM.
The Cat Data Link has failed.System Response:The machine response is listed:
All functions may be disabled.
The Implement Hydraulic Sevice Mode can not verify the temperature of the hydraulic oil.Note: Attempt to communicate with Caterpillar Electronic Technician (ET) software. Flash the software to the implement ECM if the ET will not communicate.Note: Ensure that the diagnostic code is active.Test Step 1. CHECK FOR THE COMPATIBILITY OF THE SOFTWARE.

Turn the key start switch to the OFF position.
Turn the disconnect switch to the OFF position.
Remove connectors J1 and J2 from the ECM. Check for connector damage or corrosion. Reconnect connectors J1 and J2 .
Turn the disconnect switch and the engine start switch to the ON position.
Clear all inactive diagnostic codes.
Operate the machine.
Ensure that the diagnostic code is active. Expected Result:The diagnostic code is not active.Results:
YES - The diagnostic code is not active.Repair: The diagnostic code is not active now. Disconnecting and reconnecting the connector corrected the code.STOP
