Lubricate the track roller shaft lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
2 - - During assembly, lubricate the threads of the bolts with Loctite anti-seize compound. Tighten the bolts on the abutment side first. Then tighten the bolt on the gap side.

Apply a thin film of clean oil on the mating surfaces of the metal seals before assembly. Make sure that the seals are assembled square in the bore. The rubber toric seal should not bulge and the rubber toric seal should not twist.
