(1)Diesel Engine Crankcase-Check Oil Level
1. Loader must be on level ground, parking brake applied, engine at low idle and oil hot. 2. Maintain oil level between FULL and ADD OIL marks on engine running side of gauge.(2)Transmission-Check Oil Level
1. Loader must be on level ground, parking brake applied, transmission in NEUTRAL and engine at low idle. 2. Maintain oil level at FULL mark on gauge.(3)Hydraulic Control System-Check Oil Level
1. Loader must be level, bucket lowered, hydraulic controls at HOLD and engine running at low idle. 2. Maintain oil level above ADD mark in sight gauge.(4)Radiator-Check Coolant Level
1. Remove cap slowly to relieve pressure. 2. Maintain coolant level at bottom of fill pipe.(5)Precleaner
1. Check accumulation of dust in precleaner. 2. If dust level is up to full mark, remove and empty cup. 3. Periodically remove and wash entire precleaner in water.(6)Frame Upper Pivot Bearing
Lubricate 1 fitting.(7)Bucket Control Cylinder And Linkage Bearings
Lubricate 16 fittings.(8)Lift Arm And Lift Cylinder Trunnion Bearings
Lubricate 8 fittings.(9)Multipurpose Bucket
Lubricate 6 fittings.(10)Side Dump Bucket
Lubricate 3 fittings.(11)Log Or Lumber Fork Top Clamp
Lubricate 6 fittings on log fork clamps or 4 fittings on lumber fork clamp.(12)Brake Master Cylinders
1. Remove fill caps on both master cylinders. 2. Maintain fluid levels 1/2 inch (12,7 mm) below fill caps.(13)Steering Cylinder Bearings
Lubricate 4 fittings.(14)Rear Axle Trunnion Bearings
Lubricate 2 fittings.(15)Batteries
Check electrolyte level. At proper charging rate battery will not require more than 1 ounce (30cc) of water per cell per week. Keep batteries clean.(16)Side Dump Bucket Latch Assembly
1. Oil level should be up to level of check plug opening. 2. Add oil at fill plug opening until at level of check plug opening.
