Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install bolts (13) that hold pulley (14) to hub (7). Tighten bolts (13) to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).
Install bearing (12) in hub (7). Pack bearing with Tooling (A) .
Install spacer (15) on bracket (9) .
Install lip seal (10) in hub (7) .
Install the hub assembly over bracket (9) .

Install spacer (8) over bracket (9) .
Pack hub (7) with Tooling (A) .
Install bearing (4) in hub (7). Pack bearing (4) with Tooling (A) .
Install spring pin (6A) in bracket (9) .
Install washer (6) over pin (6A). Install bolt (5). Tighten bolt (5) to a torque of 212 12 N m (156 9 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (A) to seal (2). Install seal (2) to the face of hub (4) .
Install bolts (1) that hold adapter (3). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).End By: Install the fan drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Drive - Install".
