Illustration 1. High and Low brake pedal positions for D4H and D5H Tractors.Illustration 1 shows the High and Low positions. Each dimension is measured from the bottom edge of the pedal to the floor plate. The pedal is in the High position when the timing mark on the end of the pedal shaft is in alignment with the center of the slot in the pedal. The pedal is in the Low position when the bottom of the pedal is rotated down one spline from the timing mark.
D6H Tractors
Illustration 2 shows the High and Low positions. Each dimension is measured from the front edge of the support casting to the rear bottom edge of the pedal. The pedal is in the High position when the timing mark on the end of the pedal shaft is in alignment with the center of the slot in the pedal. The pedal is in the Low position when the bottom of the pedal is rotated down one spline from the timing mark.
