Use the arrow keys in order to scroll to "Blade Slope Sensor" on the "Calibrate Sensors" window.Refer to Illustration 5.

Press the "OK" key.A window that is similar to Illustration 6 appears.
Raise the blade so that there is enough room in order to use a level under the blade edge.Note: Do Not Move The Blade.

Place blocks under the blade before checking blade level.
Use a level in order to check that the cutting edge of the blade is level. Adjust blade tilt until the cutting edge is level.
Press "Calibrate".The Blade Pitch Sensor is calibrated to 0.0 percent. The "Calibrate Sensor" dialog is closed. The "Setup Menu - Configuration" dialog appears.Note: The machine must be on a level surface and the blade must be located in the operating position.The "Calibrate Sensor" dialog shows the current blade slope reading from the sensor.Proceed to Step 16.

Use the arrow keys in order to scroll to select "Blade Slope Sensor (Turnaround)".
Press the "OK" key.
Park the machine on a level surface. Place a mark on the surface just to the left and right sides of the cutting edge.

Press the Right Arrow Soft Key.
Turn the machine around and set the blade in the previous location in respect to the marks.

Press "Finish" The Blade Slope Sensor is calibrated.The "Calibrate Sensors" dialog is closed. The "Setup Menu - Configuration" dialog appears.

To carry out a calibration for the EM400C Electric Mast, complete the following steps:
In the "Setup Menu - Configuration" screen, scroll to "Calibrate Sensors". Press "OK".A screen that is similar to Illustration 12 will appear.

In the "Calibrate Sensors" screen, scroll to "Linked EM400C Calibration". Press "OK".A screen that is similar to Illustration 13 will appear.

Press the Hard Key that is adjacent to the Soft Key with the arrow.The AccuGrade System will begin calibrating the masts. Refer to Illustration 14.A screen that is similar to Illustration 15 will appear.

Level the laser transmitter.
Level the blade.

Press "OK" in order to begin the calibration.A "Calibrating Mast Elevations..." message will appear on the screen. Refer to Illustration 16.When the AccuGrade System is finished calibrating the electric masts a screen that is similar to Illustration 17 appears.
Press the Hard Key that is adjacent to the "Finish" Soft Key.The Display will return to the "Calibrate Sensors" screen.
