Lower the temperature of bearings (16), (18), and (20). Use Tooling (B) in order to install bearings (16), (18), and (20) to a depth of 5.0 0.5 mm (0.20 0.02 inch).
Lightly lubricate with the lubricant that is being sealed lip seal (15), lip seal (17), and lip seal (19).
Use Tooling (B) to install lip seal (15), lip seal (17), and lip seal (19).

Attach a suitable lifting device to bucket cylinder (1). The weight of bucket cylinder (1) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Install bucket cylinder (1). Install pin assembly (13) and the shims, as needed. Install bolt (14).

Attach a suitable lifting device to stick (2). The weight of stick (2) is approximately 120 kg (265 lb). Install stick (2). Install pin assembly (11) and the shims, as needed. Install bolt (12). Remove pin assembly (9) and bolt (8).

Attach a suitable lifting device to stick cylinder (10). The weight of stick cylinder (10) is approximately 52 kg (115 lb). Position stick cylinder (10) and install pin assembly (9) and the shims, as needed. Install bolt (8).

Connect hose assemblies (7).

Connect bracket (6) to stick (2). Repeat for the other side.

Remove Tooling (A) from the boom cylinder.

Install guard (5) and bolt (4).
