(C1) Left-hand steering clutch pressure (C2) Right-hand steering clutch pressure (B1) Left-hand brake pressure (B2) Right-hand brake pressure
Attach tooling (A) or (B) to pressure tap (C2) for the right-hand steering clutch.
Install the floorplate. Make sure that the floorplate does not interfere with the hoses for the test gauge.Steering Clutch Pressure (Test)
Start the engine. Warm the hydraulic oil to a minimum temperature of 85° 5°C (185° 9°F).
Operate the engine at HIGH IDLE. Make sure that the steering control lever is in the NEUTRAL position.
Check the pressure at pressure port (C2) for the right steering clutch. The pressure at pressure tap (C2) should be 2410 140 kPa (350 20 psi).
Engage the hand control for a right turn. Check the pressure at pressure port (C2) for the right steering clutch. The pressure at pressure tap (C2) should be less than 70 kPa (10 psi).
If, the pressure is not in the recommended range refer Priority Valve Test and adjust in this module.
Repeat the tests for the pressure tap for the left-hand steering clutch using pressure tap (C1) .Brake Pressure Test
Repeat Step 1 through Step 7 in "Machine Preparation".

Attach tooling (A) or (B) to pressure tap (B2) for the right brake pressure.
Start the engine. Warm the hydraulic oil to a minimum temperature of 85° 5°C (185° 9°F).
Operate the engine at HIGH IDLE. Make sure that the steering control lever is in the NEUTRAL position.
Check the pressures at pressure tap (B2) . The pressure at pressure tap (B2) should be less than 3000 140 kPa (435 20 psi).
Apply the right-hand brake on the hand control. Check the pressure at pressure tap (B2) . The pressure at pressure tap (B2) should be less than 345
