110-8121 Oil Cooler Lines Group Rework Procedure
1. Activate the parking brake with the engine running, and put the bucket flat on the ground.2. Connect the steering frame lock link.3. Release the pressure in the hydraulic system.4. Shut off the engine.
At operating temperature, the hydraulic oil tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. Remove the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank only when the engine is stopped, and the filler plug is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Be sure all hydraulic pressure is released before any fitting, hoses or components are loosened, tightened, removed or adjusted.
5. Carefully loosen the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank to release the pressure.6. Carefully loosen the plugs at the rear of the tilt cylinder. When the oil from the loosened plugs stops draining, tighten the two plugs. To release the pressure in the attachment cylinders, carefully loosen the two large plugs near the plugs at the top of the loader frame. When the oil stops draining, tighten the two large plugs.7. Tighten the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank.8. The pressure in the hydraulic system has now been released.9. Open the operator platform on the right side of the machine.10. Drain the oil from the hydraulic oil tank into a suitable container for disposal or reuse.

Install one 6V-9182 Elbow (7) with one 7M-8485 O-Ring Seal and one 6V-9746 O-Ring Seal.13. Connect 116-9575 Hose (3) to 6V-9182 Elbow (7).14. Weld 8T-3851 Weld Boss (4) to the frame.15. Connect 162-0198 Hose (6) to 6V-8791 Face Seal Tee (8) with one 6V-9746 O-Ring Seal.16. Secure 162-0198 Hose (6) to the frame by installing one 6V-1889 Clip (5) with one 8T-4121 Hard Washer and one 8T-4137 Bolt onto 8T-3851 Weld Boss (4).

Back of Hydraulic Tank (A) Port.17. Remove the plug from the port at location (A). Install one 6V-8637 Seal Connector with one 3D-2824 O-Ring Seal. Connect the opposite end of 162-0198 Hose (6) to the 6V-8637 Seal Connector with one 6V-9746 O-Ring Seal.
