Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the coolant tank.
Remove the front bottom guard.

Remove clamp assemblies (3). Remove four bolts (2) and bolt (4) and remove the guard. Remove cover (1).

Open grill door (5).
Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the opposite door.

Remove bolts (6) and repeat for the right side.

Remove two bolts (7) from the shroud.

Disconnect harness assembly (10) from bracket (9). Remove bracket (9) and set bracket (9) and power train oil filter assembly to the side.

Remove brackets (11). Remove all bolts connecting plate (13). Remove plate (13).

Disconnect tube assemblies (15). Remove bracket (14). Use two people in order to remove aftercooler assembly (16). The weight of aftercooler assembly (16) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).

Remove bolts (18) and bracket (17) from aftercooler (19). Installation Procedure
Install aftercooler (19) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (18) to a torque of 48 0.5 N m (35 0.4 lb ft).
