Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the cab.

Remove foot rest and bracket assembly (1).

Remove mat (2).

Attach a suitable lifting device to cab (3). The weight of cab (3) is approximately 1950 kg (4300 lb).

Remove bolts (4).

Remove clip (6). Remove bolts (5) and bolt (7). Repeat for the opposite side.

Remove bolts (8) and the plates.

Remove cab (3) from the tilt frame assembly.

Remove bolts (10) and mounts (9).

Remove bolts (11) and mounts (12). Install Procedure
Install cab mounts (9) and (12) in the reverse order of removal.

During the installation of the cab on to the tilt frame. Position cab mounts (12) and (9) so that the dowels are aligned with the slots on the cab and tilt frame.

When installing bolts (8), keep plates (13) from contacting ROPS mounting group (14).
