Installation Procedure
Check the condition of the radiator prior to the installation. Remove any dirt or debris that may restrict the flow of air through the core. If any of the cooling fins are bent, the fins should be straightened.
Carefully position the radiator (6) on the machine. The weight of the radiator is 18 kg (40 lb).

Install eight bolts (7) that hold the radiator to the support assembly.
Connect the radiator overflow hose (8) .

Connect the radiator top hose (5). Tighten the hose clamp (4) on the radiator top hose.

Connect radiator bottom hose (3). Tighten hose clamp (2) .

Tighten drain plug (1) .
Fill the cooling system to the correct level. Reference: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct filling procedure.End By:
Install the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Install" in the machine systems.
Install the fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan - Remove and Install" in this manual.
