There may be some 6E-0397 Tilt Cylinder Gp with the 312-4248 Buffer Seal As installed backwards.Solution

Remove the 312-4248 Buffer Seal As (1) from the 6E-0397 Tilt Cylinder Gp . Reorient the buffer seal assembly to the correct orientation as shown in Illustration 1.Note: Replace the buffer seal assembly in case of any damage or wear in the seal.Also refer to the above references for the correct orientation of the buffer seal assembly.Factory quality alerts made in September 2009.
