Check the condition of all O-ring seals. O-ring seals are used in the ends of the hose assemblies and in the tube assemblies that connect to the main control valve. If any of the seals are damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Fasten tool (A) to the valve assembly. Lift the main control valve (9). Position the valve for installation. Install four bolts (12) that hold the main control valve to the mounting bracket.

Install bolts (10) and bracket (11) to the rear of the main control valve.

Remove the plugs from the hoses that connect to the main control valve. Connect all hose assemblies (7) to the right side and the bottom side of the main control valve. Tighten hose assemblies (7) to a torque of 80 7 N m (60 5 lb ft).

Connect hose assemblies (5) and (6) to the main control valve. Tighten hose assemblies (5) to a torque of 190 20 N m (140 15 lb ft). Tighten hose assemblies (6) to a torque of 108 10 N m (80 7 lb ft).

Remove any plugs from the hoses. Connect all hose assemblies (3) and wires (4) to the top side of the main control valve.

Remove any plugs from the hoses. Connect all hose assemblies (1) and tube assemblies (2) to the front side of the main control valve. Note: Be sure that all hoses, tubes, and electrical wires are installed in the original locations on the main control valve.
