Turn disconnect switch (1) to the OFF position.

Open hood (2) .

Disconnect both ends of harness assembly (3). Remove the tie straps and harness assembly (3) .

Disconnect harness assembly (4). Remove soot antenna (3) .Installation Procedure
Note: Do not over tighten the ends of harness assembly (4) .
Install soot antenna (3) in reverse order.
Apply Tooling (A) to soot antenna (3). Install soot antenna (3) and tighten to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft).
Hand tighten the ends of harness assembly (4) .
