Turn Signals
There is a circuit from fuse # 15 to the hazard switch, and through the normally closed contacts of the hazard switch to the flasher. When the turn signal switch is put in either the right or left turn position, current is sent from the flasher, through the switch to the appropriate front and rear turn signals. There is also a turn indicator lamp that turns on. The flasher unit periodically opens and closes the circuit, which causes the turn signals and the indicator to flash.
TURN SIGNAL AND HAZARD CIRCUITHazard Warning System
There is a connection to the hazard switch from the key start switch that has power all the time. When the hazard switch is actuated, a circuit is made through the switch to the flasher. The output from the flasher goes back to the hazard switch where contacts are closed that send current to all four turn signals at the same time. There is also a hazard indicator that turns on. The flasher unit periodically opens and closes the circuit, which causes the turn signals (hazard lights) to flash.
HAZARD FLASHER
TURN SIGNAL/HAZARD LIGHTService Brakes
The brake lights get current from fuse # 14. When the brakes are applied, the brake switch is closed and sends current to the brake lamps.
SERVICE BRAKES CIRCUITHand (Parking) Brake
Current for the parking brake indicator is from fuse # 10. When the lever for the parking brakes is moved to actuate the brakes, air pressure closes the parking brake pressure switch. This makes a circuit which turns on the parking brake indicator.

Floodlamps/Additional Lighting
There is a switch for the front flood lamps and a separate switch for the rear flood lamp. Power for both switches is from fuse # 20.

The engine compartment light is connected to fuse # B5. The switch for the light is in the lamp housing. There is an insulated coupler between fuse and engine compartment light. The solenoid valve for the hydraulicoil cooler is connected to this coupler.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT LIGHTDriving (Transmission) Circuits
Solenoid/Transmission
Current for the On Road/Off Road circuit is from fuse # 20. It is connected to both switches and a relay. There is a dual solenoid valve that controls which gear the transmission is in. There is also a relay which sends current to activate an indicator to show which gear the transmission is in. When the On Road switch is actuated, current is sent to the solenoid valve that puts the transmission in the On Road gear. Current is also sent to the relay contacts that actuate it in such a way that current is sent to the On Road indicator. When the Off Road switch is actuated, current is sent to the solenoid valve that puts the transmission in the Off Road gear. Current is also sent to the relay contacts that actuate the relay in such a way that current is sent to the Off Road indicator.
