(4) Disassembly of center logic valve 1. Remove cap (86) with a torque wrench. 2. Remove spacer (85), piston (84), spring (83) and poppet (88) sequentially. 3. Insert the special tool (thrust hammer) into the side hole in sleeve (82) then pull the sleeve out. * Secure the hook so that it does not slip and scratch the inside of the sleeve. Strike the head of the hook 2 or 3 times with a weight at positions 180° apart. (5) Manual section (M1, C plungers) Remove hexagon socket bolts (6) with a torque wrench, then remove cover (9) and seal retainer (10). (6) Remove plunger eye (8) using a special tool (plunger eye supporter) and spanner. * Use a spanner of matching size and securely hold since the width of 2 sides notch section is not wide enough and the spanner can slip off causing danger. (7) Remove hexagon socket bolts (6) with a torque wrench, then remove cover (44). (8) Slightly push plunger end in, then attach special tool (spring compressor) to both ends of guide (48). (9) Loosen cap (43) with a torque wrench while holding the flats at plunger ends with a spanner. * Remove O-ring from the plunger eye removed as described in (6) above, place a washer with inside diameter slightly greater than the screw on the side of spanner, tighten the plunger eye and secure the spanner. (10) Remove cap (43) and spacer (45). * Since spring (47) (57) have a force of about 25kgf (44 lbf) when attached, remove with spring compressor attached. (11) Remove springs (47) (57) and guide (48) from spring compressors. * Put guide rod onto both ends of guide (48) and hold in a vise. After removing the spring compressor, slowly release the vise grip. (12) Remove spring (14) and check (15) from plunger. * Plunger M1 does not have spring (14) and check (15).* Plunger V eye side has a stopper rod. (13) Remove ring (12) with a pin-pointed marking-off wire after removal of wiper (11). * Use care not to damage housing seal pocket and plunger section. (14) Pull out plunger from housing * Do not pull out plunger all at once. Pull slowly while confirming the fitness with housing.* To ensure correct reassembly, attach an identification tag immediately after plunger is removed. Also check the direction in which the plunger goes into the housing. (15) Hydraulic section (C, V plunger) Loosen hexagon socket bolts (38) (49), then remove spring washers (39), cover (36) and cover (51). (16) Since this is a blind cap, do not disassemble in a routine check. (17) Attach the spring compressor to both ends of guide (34) and insert it in by tapping lightly with a soft hammer. * Insert it in the shorter cover side. (18) Loosen both end caps (35) and (52) with a torque wrench. (19) If the shorter cover side is loose 1. Remove cap (52). * Since spring (46) is normally attached with a force
