2) Pressure applied to pilot port a When pressurized oil in the hydraulic pack reaches the set spring force, the plunger moves right, the neutral path is blocked and the plunger side holes are connected to the various paths. Oil in the parallel feeder enters the plunger, pushes up the load check and flows into cylinder port A. Similarly, oil returned from cylinder port B enters the plunger, pushes up the load check and returns to the tank through the low pressure path. When the pilot pressure is removed, the spring force returns the plunger to the neutral position. 3) Pressure applied to pilot port b When pressurized oil in the hydraulic pack reaches the set spring force, the plunger moves left, the neutral path is blocked and the plunger side holes are connected to the various paths. Oil in the parallel feeder enters the plunger, pushes up the load check and flows into cylinder port B. Similarly, oil returning from cylinder port A enters the plunger, pushes up the load check and flows back to the tank through the low pressure path. When the pilot pressure diminishes, the spring force returns the plunger to the neutral position. 2. Solid plunger (plunger M1, V6) 1) Neutral The plunger is held in neutral position by return spring, oil from the pump flows through the neutral path and returns to the tank. Both cylinder ports are connected to the low pressure path. 2) Plunger in position Moving plunger to the right blocks neutral path and connects narrowed section of the plunger to various paths. Oil from the parallel feeder goes around the narrowed section of plunger and flows to cylinder port A. Return oil from cylinder port B goes around the narrowed section in the same manner and returns to the tank. Return is by return spring force. 3) Plunger out position Moving plunger to the left blocks neutral path and connects narrowed section of the plunger to various paths. Oil from the parallel feeder flows around the narrowed section of plunger and flows to cylinder port B. Return oil from cylinder port A flows around the narrowed section in the same manner to flow to low pressure path and returns to the tank. Return to neutral position is by return spring force. (2) Center logic valve This valve is inserted between center bypass path (H.P) and low pressure path (L.P).1. Pilot port C opens Pilot H.P (high pressure) oil goes flows through orifice and small hole of spacer B, then flows to pilot port C. 2. The oil flow forms by the step above, pressure drop occurs in front and at the rear of orifice resetting chamber 1 > chamber 2, poppet lefts and flows oil to the low pressure (L.P) path. 3. Pilot port C block Flow to pilot port a will be blocked, pressurized oil applies to the entire circumference of poppet, the poppet returns by spring force and blocks the oil flowing from H.P. to
