Information:

HEADLIGHTS SWITCH-POSITION 2 CIRCUIT TURN SIGNALSThere is a circuit from fuse # 6 to the hazard switch, and through the normally closed contacts of the hazard switch to the flasher. When the turn signal switch is put in either the right or left turn position, current is sent from the flasher, through the switch to the appropriate front and rear turn signals. There is also a turn indicator lamp that turns on. The flasher unit periodically opens and closes the circuit, which causes the turn signals and the indicator to flash.
TURN SIGNAL AND HAZARD CIRCUIT HAZARD SYSTEMThere is a connection from the hazard switch to the contact of the key start switch that has power all the time. When the hazard switch is actuated, a circuit is made to the flasher relay. The output signal of the flasher relay goes back to the hazard switch where contacts are closed that send current to all four flashers at the same time. The flasher relay periodically opens and closes the circuit, which causes the hazard lights and indicator light to flash. Current between key start switch and hazard switch is from fuse # 4.
TURN SIGNAL/HAZARD LIGHT
HAZARD FLASHER SERVICE BRAKESThe brake lights get current from fuse # 8. When the brakes are applied, the brake switch is closed and sends current to the brake lamps.
SERVICE BRAKES CIRCUIT HAND (Parking) BRAKEThe circuit for the parking brake is connected to fuse # 14. When the lever of the parking brake is actuated, the pressure switch in the parking brake is closed by action of air pressure. Thereby a circuit is made causing the parking brake indicator light to turn on and sending a pulse to the solenoid valve.
HAND BRAKE CIRCUITAdditional Lighting Circuits
FLOOLAMPS/ADDITIONAL LIGHTINGThe front floodlamp is actuated via a switch. This circuit is connected to fuse # 5. The rear floodlamp has its separate switch. Power for the rear floodlamp is from fuse # 14.
FRONT FLOODLAMP
REAR FLOODLAMP ENGINE COMPARTMENT LIGHTThe engine compartment light is connected to fuse # 13. The switch for the light is in the lamp housing. There is an insulated coupler between fuse and engine compartment light. The solenoid valve for the hydraulic oil cooler is connected to this coupler.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT LIGHT CLEARANCE LAMPCurrent for the clearance lamp circuit is from fuse # 3. The clearance lamp functions only if the parking light has been switched on.
RECEPTACLE FOR CLEARANCE LAMP
CLEARANCE LAMPDriving (Transmission) Circuits
SOLENOID VALVE/RUNNING GEARPower for the On-Road/Off-Road circuit is from fuse # 15 and is connected to the service brake pressure switch, the switch for the On-Road/Off-Road solenoid valve, the relay and the neutral start. A dual solenoid valve located in the gearbox controls which gear the transmission is in. Power flow is interrupted when the selector switch is not in the neutral position and the service brake (minimum pressure 5 bar) is not actuated. Shifting from On-Road gear to Off-Road gear is only possible when vehicle has stopped moving.
