Attach a lifting sling and a suitable lifting device to SKPAC mounting bracket (2). The combined weight is approximately 212 kg (467 lb).

Remove back cover (8) and front cover (9) from SKPAC mounting bracket (2) .

(6) Adapter assemblies (high pressure)
Remove plugs (B) from the ports of cartridge group (14) .
Install adapter assemblies (6) onto high-pressure ports. Tighten adapter assemblies (6) to the required torque.

(A) Pulverizer housing (2) SKPAC mounting bracket (10) Bolt (11) Hard washer
Install SKPAC mounting bracket (2) onto pulverizer housing (A) .
Install bolts (10) and washers (11). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 900 100 N m (664 74 lb ft).Install Hydraulic Kit into the Pulverizer Housing

(D) Clamp (E) Manifold (3) Cover assembly (4) Hose assembly (5) Hose assembly (7) Rectangular sealNote: Hose assemblies (4) and (5) must be guided through the holes in cover assembly (3). Refer to illustration 9 for more information about the position of the hose assemblies.
Install hose assemblies (4) and (5) onto adapter assemblies (6). Refer to Illustration 7.
Install cover assembly (3) onto pulverizer housing (A). Tighten the bolts to the required torque.
Install hose assemblies (4) and (5) onto the manifold. Install rectangular (7) and clamps (D) and bolts.
Tighten adapter assemblies (6) to the required torque.
Tighten clamps (D) to the required torque.

Install back cover (8) onto SKPAC mounting bracket (2) .
Install bolts (13) and washers (12). Tighten the bolts to required torque.

Install front cover (9) onto SKPAC mounting bracket (2) .
Install bolts (12) and washers (13). Tighten bolts to the required torque.Finish the Conversion
Install the work tool on the machine. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU8304, "Disassembly and Assembly", "Work Tool Installation and Removal".
Perform functional tests and check for leaks. Refer to Service Manual, KENR6576, "Testing and Adjusting".
