Installation Procedure

Install bracket assembly (4) as shown using bolts (13) and washers (10). Connect harness assembly (6) to pressure sensor (M). Secure harness assembly (6) using straps (1) and (2) as shown.

Above Horn
Route harness assembly (5) as shown. Connect harness assembly (5) to relief solenoid (L). Secure harness assembly (5) using straps (2) .

Route harness assembly (5) along chassis harness (A) as shown. Connect harness assembly (5) to harness assembly (7). Connect harness assembly (7) to relief solenoid (K) .
Install bracket assembly (4) using bolts (13) and washers (10). Install clip (3) using bolt (11) and washer (10). Secure harness assemblies (5) and (7) using straps (1) as shown.

RH - Main Frame
Route harness assembly (5) along chassis harness (A) on the right side main frame as shown. Secure harness assembly (5) using straps (1) .

Under Rear of Engine
Route harness assembly (5) as shown and secure with straps (2). Secure wire 235- BK with existing ground bolt (J) .
Connect harness assembly (5) to eight pin connector (G) and twelve pin connector (H) of chassis harness (A) .

Main Pump Compartment
Connect harness assembly (5) to the following solenoids:
Stem2 retract solenoid (C) with wires K861-GN and K868-BR
Stem2 extend solenoid (D) with wires K857-WH and K868-BR
Stem1 retract solenoid (E) with wires K860-BU and K868-BR
Stem1 extend solenoid (F) with wires K861-GN and K856-PU
Secure harness assembly (5) using clip (8), bolt (13), washer (10), and straps (2) .

Main Pump Compartment
Position harness assembly (5) as shown. Secure harness assembly (5) using straps (2) .

Main Pump Compartment
Connect chassis harness (A) with wires M737-WH and M739-YL to flow limit solenoid (B). Secure chassis harness (A) using strap (2), clip (9), bolt (12), and washer (14) .
Remove any surplus of straps (1) and (2) .
Ensure harness assemblies (5), (6), and (7) do not interfere with any sharp edges, hydraulic lines, or electrical lines.
