2. Remove bolts holding case drain filter to the tank and remove bolt (1) with clip holding line to the tank.3. Disconnect lines (2), (3) and (4) from hydraulic tank.4. Remove two bolts (6) from valve (5).6. Remove two bolts (7) from pilot system filter. 7. Remove wire (8) on top of fuel tank.8. Remove lines to tank.9. Remove wire from the bottom of the tank, see arrow.10. Remove bolts holding valve to tank.11. Remove bolts to all clips.12. Remove bolts in bracket.13. Remove bolts holding line to tank (bottom right side). 14. Disconnect oil lines from tank.15. Remove bolts and spacers that hold tank to frame. 16. Install three link brackets on tank. Hook up hoist and Remove the tank. The weight of the tank is 454 kg (1000 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the hydraulic tank.17. Fasten a hoist and put the hydraulic tank in position in machine.18. Install bolts and spacers that hold the tank to frame. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 495 27 N m (365 20 lb.ft.)19. Connect fuel lines to tank.20. Install bolts holding lines to tank.21. Put the bracket in position and install bolts.22. Install clips on oil lines and bolts.23. Put the valve in position and install bolts that hold it. Connect the oil line to valve.24. Install wire at the bottom of the tank.25. Install wire (8) at the top of the tank.26. Install two bolts (7) that hold the pilot system filter to tank.27. Connect oil lines (2), (3) and (4).28. Install bolt that holds clip to the tank.29. Install bolts that hold case drain filter. 330. Fill the hydraulic tank to the correct oil level.
