Connect a "PWR/SENSOR/CAN" extension cable to the "PWR/SENSOR/CAN" connector of the 361-2999 Sensor Harness As .Note: The extension cable is routed to the location of the 312-0754 Angle Sensor As for the mast.
Secure the harnesses along the boom using 6V-3265 Clips . Do not attach harnesses to the hydraulic lines. 361-3002 Sensor Harness As (MAST ANGLE)

Mast angle sensor with harnessPerform the following procedure to install the 361-3002 Sensor Harness As (MAST ANGLE) :
Connect the "MAST TILT SENSOR" branch of the 361-3002 Sensor Harness As (MAST ANGLE) to the 312-0754 Angle Sensor As that is mounted on the mast. Use a working access platform for safe access.Ensure to leave a service loop.
Route the 361-3002 Sensor Harness As towards the boom. Follow the existing cable routes.Note: Harness and cable routing must follow the existing hydraulic lines on the mast and boom where possible. Do not attach harnesses and cables to the hydraulic lines.Note: Use the spiral wrap to bundle the extension cable along with the existing cables.
Connect the 361-3002 Sensor Harness As to the 361-2999 Sensor Harness As via an extension cable.Extension Cables
The following extension cables are provided in the 375-4206 Machine Wiring Gp :
375-4214 Cable As (RECEIVER, 40-FT)
375-4215 Cable As (RECEIVER, 10-FT) Use the mast extension cables as necessary to connect from the location of the mast angle sensor to the location of the satellite receivers. Also, use an extension cable between the 361-3002 Sensor Harness As and the 361-2999 Sensor Harness As .

Extension cable routed along cable fallPerform the following procedure:
Route the extension cable along the cable fall between the boom and mast and then up towards the top of the mast. Follow the path of existing cables. Use a working access platform for safe access.
Use the existing OEM compression straps to secure the extension cable to the mast.
Use the 7K-1181 Cable Straps to secure the extension cable between the encoder and the top of the mast.
Secure inside the existing plastic cable wrap. 353-8858 Wiring Harness
Perform the following procedure to connect the 353-8858 Wiring Harness :
Ensure that the mast is in a lowered position. Use a working access platform for safe access.
Connect the "NON-CAB SIDE" branch of the 353-8858 Wiring Harness to the 353-2794 Satellite Receiver As that is installed on the side of the mast that is opposite from the cab.
Connect the "CAB SIDE" branch of the 353-8858 Wiring Harness to the 353-2794 Satellite Receiver As that is installed on the cab side of the mast.
Install a p-clip on the harness near each of the satellite connectors. Ensure that a 305 mm (12.0 inch) service loop is created between the p-clip and the connectors before fastening the p-clip onto the top of the bracket.
Route and secure the harness neatly along the mast using p-clips, washers, bolts, and locknuts.
Connect the master side branch labeled "PWR/SENSOR/CAN" to the "PWR/SENSOR/CAN" connector of the 347-6298 Cable (PWR SENSOR CAN, 40-FT EXTENSION). Use cable straps
