1. Disconnect linkage (1).2. Disconnect oil lines (2), (3), and (4).3. Disconnect two electric connections (5).4. Remove three bolts holding valve to the floor plate. Remove the hydraulic and directional lock valve. Bolts securing valves are located on the inside floor of the cab. The following steps are for the installation of the hydraulic and directional lock valve.5. Position the valve on the underneath side of the floor plate. From the inside of the cab, install the three bolts through the floor plate into the valve.6. Connect two electrical connections (5).7. Connect oil lines (2), (3), and (4).8. Connect linkage (1).Disassemble And Assemble Hydraulic And Directional Lock Valve
Start By:a. remove hydraulic and directional lock valve 1. Remove two detent plug assemblies (3).2. Remove plug (6) and valve stem (1). Remove bolt (5) and orifice (4) from the valve stem (1).3. Remove seal (2). The following steps are for the assembly of the hydraulic and directional lock valve.4. Install seal (2) in the valve body with the lip of the seal toward plug (6). Put clean oil on the lip of the seal.5. Install new O-ring seals on plug (6) and two detent plug assemblies (3).6. Install orifice (4) and bolt (5) on valve stem (1).
