Information:
1. Connect pump outlet (1, Figure 2) to Port A1 (high pressure in) on 9U-5902 Rectifier Block.2. Connect pump outlet (2) to Port A2 (high pressure in) on 9U-5902 Rectifier Block.3. Connect a hose from B1 (high pressure outlet) on rectifier block to inlet on flowmeter. Flowmeter must be inline with a loading circuit or have an internal loading valve.4. Connect a hose from outlet of flowmeter to inlet of heat exchanger. (If the high pressure relief valves are going to be tested, it is recommended the 9U-5893 Heat Exchanger is installed into the low pressure side of the circuit due to the amount of heat generated in a high pressure, closed loop system.)5. Connect a hose from outlet of heat exchanger to B2 (low pressure in) on 9U-5902 Rectifier Block. (If heat exchanger is not used, loop a line from Port B1 to Port B2 on rectifier block.)6. Connect hose (3) from a regulated auxiliary oil supply port on the test bench. This will supply regulated charge oil from the test stand to the test pump.7. Use a 3/16 inch test hose (4) to connect the control valve signal pressure port on the pump to a pressure regulated output signal port on the test stand [0 to 1400 kPa (0 to 200 psi) is all that is required]. 8. Connect 3/16 inch test hose (5) to the opposite port of the control valve or vent to atmosphere. This will reduce hydraulic lock in the control valve when pressure is applied to the opposite side of the spool.9. Fill pump case with test oil. Install 90 degree elbow (6) to the case drain outlet and direct the flow to an observable location.
