Remove the muffler.
Remove the fan.
Remove belt
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the off position.
Drain the cooling system into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".

Remove panels (1) .

Remove panel (3) and brace (4) .

Remove bracket (5), hose assemblies (6), hose assembly 7, and hose assemblies (8) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (9). Remove bracket (10). Disconnect harness assembly (11) and clips (12). Reposition harness assembly (11) out of way.

Disconnect hose assemblies (13). Remove clips (14) .

Disconnect ground strap (15) and harness assembly (16) .

Disconnect harness assembly (17). Remove bolts (18) and reposition refrigerant compressor (19) out of way.

Disconnect harness assembly (22) and ground strap (23) .

Attach Tooling (A), Tooling (B), Tooling (C), and Tooling (D) to main hydraulic pump (27). Use Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and Tooling (C) in order to support main hydraulic pump (27) .
Attach a suitable lifting device to engine (24). The weight of engine (24) is approximately 680 kg (1500 lb). Remove bolts (25). Remove engine mounting bolts (26). Remove engine (24) .Installation Procedure
Install engine (24) in the reverse order of removal.
