Disconnect harness assemblies (38) and set aside.

Cut cable straps (39) .

Disconnect harness assemblies (40). Cut cable strap (41) .

Disconnect harness assemblies (42) and reposition out of the way.

Remove bolts (44) .

The engine was removed for photographic purposes.
Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable bar to the rear of pump stack (45). Tooling (B) and the suitable bar will hold pump stack (45) in place during the removal of the engine.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the machine in order to support the front of pump stack (45) .

Remove bolts (46) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to engine (47). The weight of engine (47) is approximately 910 kg (2000 lb).

Remove mounting bolt (48) .

Remove clip (49) and mounting bolt (50) .

Remove mounting bolt (51) and clip (52) .

Remove mounting bolt (53). Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove engine (47) from the machine.

Position engine (47) onto Tooling (C) .Installation Procedure
Install engine (47) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten the nuts for cable assemblies (35) to a torque of 22 3 N m (195 27 lb in).
