1. Disconnect the fittings on hose assembly (1) from transmission oil filter base (2).2. Remove eight bolts and washers (5) and four flange halves (4) in order to disconnect two hose assemblies (3). Plug the hose fittings in order to prevent the loss of oil, and to keep dirt out of the oil system. 3. Remove two bolts and washers (6) from transmission oil filter base (2). Remove transmission oil filter base (2) from the mounting brackets. The following steps are for the installation of the transmission oil filter base.4. Clean transmission oil filter base (2) before you install it to the machine. Check the condition of all O-ring seals used in the fittings of the hoses that were disconnected from the transmission oil filter base (2). If any of the seals are damaged, use new parts for replacement.5. Position transmission oil filter base (2) to the mounting bracket. Install two bolts and washers (6) in order to secure transmission oil filter base (2) to the mounting bracket.6. Position two hoses (3) to transmission oil filter base (2). Install four flange halves (4), eight bolts and washers (5).7. Start By:a. remove transmission oil filter base 1. Remove plug (4) from the transmission oil filter base.2. Remove O-ring seal (3) from plug (4).3. Remove spool (2) and spring (1) from the transmission oil filter base. The following steps are for the assembly of the transmission oil filter base.4. Clean all of the components of the transmission oil filter base before you assemble the transmission oil filter base. Check the condition of O-ring seal (3) used in the transmission oil filter base. If it is damaged, use a new part for replacement.5. Install O-ring seal (3) on plug (4).6.
