Remove bolts (1) and the washers. Remove bolts (2) and the washers.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hood (4). The weight of hood (4) is approximately 227 kg (500 lb).

Open the right side door assembly. Remove bolts (5) and the washers.

Remove bolts (6) and the washers from the firewall end of the hood.

Open the left side door assembly. Remove bolts (7) and the washers.

Loosen clamp (8) and move clamp (8) out of the way.

Disconnect strut (9) from the left side of the machine. Carefully lower the left side door assembly.

Disconnect struts (10) from the right side of the machine. Carefully lower the right side door assembly.

Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to remove hood (4) from the machine. Position hood (4) onto suitable cribbing. Installation Procedure
Install hood (4) in the reverse order of removal.
