Always release the oil pressure in the main hydraulic system before disconnecting or removing any oil lines connected to the main hydraulic system.
Always lower the bucket to the ground before the performance of any service work.
1. Loosen the cap on the hydraulic tank cover and release the pressure.
Typical Example2. Disconnect hose assembly (1) from fitting (2).3. Disconnect the wires from sending unit (3). Remove sending unit (3). Mark the position of the joints of clamp (4) for installation purposes.4. Remove two clamps (4). 5. Install a 3/8" - 16 NC eyebolt in cover (5).6. Fasten a hoist and remove cover (5). The weight of cover (5) is 32 kg (70 lb).7. Remove O-ring seal (6). Install in reverse order.
