Enter the engine room through hydraulic pump room door (1) .
Inspect all cooling system hoses for the following conditions:
leaks due to cracking
softness next to the clamps
loose clamps
Replace hoses that are cracked or soft and tighten any loose clamps.Note: Before you replace the hoses, drain the coolant from the cooling system to a level that is below the hose that is being replaced. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for information on draining the coolant.
Refill the coolant in the cooling system after you replace the damaged hoses. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for information on adding coolant.
