Diesel fuel must meet Caterpillar Specification for Distillate Fuel and the latest revisions of "ASTM D975-09a" and "EN 590" in order to ensure optimum engine performance. Refer to Special Publication, SEBU6250, "Caterpillar Machine Fluids Recommendations" for the latest fuel information and for Caterpillar fuel specification.
