Information:

1. Open pit cock (1) and drain the radiator coolant into a suitable container.2. Drain the hydraulic tank oil into a suitable container. 3. Remove four bolts (3) to disconnect conditioner condenser (2) from the oil cooler. Do not disconnect freon lines. Position the conditioner condenser for ease in removing the radiator and oil cooler as a unit.
Freon has NOT been evacuated for the air conditioning system, the air conditioning system is under pressure and can cause personal injury.
4. Disconnect upper radiator hose (4). 5. Disconnect overflow hose clamp (6) (not shown) and remove ty-wraps (5) holding the hose to the conditioner condenser. 6. Disconnect overflow hose (6) at the reservoir. 7. Remove guard (7) to gain access to the lower engine compartment. Loosen two bolts (9). Remove four bolts (8). Slide guard (7) from the two loosen bolts. 8. Remove top radiator brace bolt (10).9. Loosen lower radiator brace bolt (11). 10. Remove top radiator brace bolt (12).11. Loosen lower radiator brace bolt (13). 12. Loosen two hose clamps (14).13. Reposition hose assembly (15) for the removal of the radiator and oil cooler.14. Loosen two hose clamps (14). Reposition hose assembly (15) for the removal of the radiator and oil cooler. 15. Attach a hoist and chains to support radiator and oil cooler (16). 16. Disconnect lower radiator hose assembly (17) from the radiator. 17. Remove two bolts (18) from the underside of the radiator. 18. Remove two bolts (19) from the underside of the radiator. 19. Remove three bolts (20) (two are on the other side) that hold the radiator and oil cooler to the framework of the machine. The bolt below the bolt marked is holding the oil cooler and radiator together. 20. Remove radiator and oil cooler (16) slowly from the engine compartment. The weight of the radiator & oil cooler is 68 kg (150 lb). Make sure the radiator braces raise with the radiator and oil cooler and do not interfere with the engine removal or installation. 21. Remove bolts (22) that hold oil cooler (23) to radiator (22).22. Remove oil cooler (23). The weight of the oil cooler is 36 kg (80 lb). For installation of the radiator and oil cooler, reverse the removal steps.End By:a. install fanb. install engine hood assembly
