ACTION REQUIRED
If the existing hydraulic swivel group leaks, replace the housing 250-1047 Seal Kit. Refer to Image1.
Ensure that all machining surfaces of the rotor are free of rust or other contaminants before assembly of the seals. Refer to Image2 and 3.
Grease must be use between the rotor and the housing at location A, to prevent contaminant entries. Refer to Image4.
When the rust damaged too deep the machining surface of the rotor, so the Rotor 117-1755 have to be replaced.
Refer to UENR6142, Disassembly and Assembly, for reference when completing this Rework Procedure.
