Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: The rear face of the cover and the front face of the housing must be clean.
Inspect the condition of the housing cover gasket. Replace the gasket, if necessary.

Install the front housing cover gasket.
Position front cover (2) on the front housing. Install bolts (3), studs (6), and the nuts in front cover (2) .
Install bolts (4) and (5) .
Install flange (7) and nuts (8) .

Connect tube assembly (1) .End By: Install the vibration damper and the pulley. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibration Damper and Pulley - Remove and Install".
