The location of elevator relief valve (3) is near the right tractor fender.3. Disconnect vent line (1). Remove bolts (2), the relief valve and the spring under the relief valve. 4. Remove unloading valve (4) from the valve body.5. Remove bolts (5) and valve body (6).Install Elevator Relief Valve
1. Be sure the O-ring seals are in place on valve body (2). Put clean oil on the O-ring seals.2. Put valve body (2) in position and install the bolts that hold it in place.3. Install the unloading valve in valve body (2) with the small holes down. Install spring (1). 4. Put relief valve (3) in position and install the bolts that hold it in place.5. Connect vent line (4) to the relief valve.6. Fill the hydraulic tank with clean oil to the correct level.Disassemble Elevator Relief Valve
start by:a) remove elevator relief valve 1. Remove O-ring seals (1), (5) and (6) from valve body (2).2. Remove spring (4) and unloading valve (3) from the valve body.3. Remove the two bolts that hold valve bodies (7) and (14) together. 4. Remove stem (8), shims (9), spring (10), stop (11), pilot valve (12) and O-ring seals (13) from the two valve bodies.Assemble Elevator Relief Valve
Put clean oil on all valve parts and O-ring seals before assembly. 1. Install O-ring seals (5) on valve body (7).2. Install stem (2), shims (8), spring (3), stop (4) and pilot valve (6) in valve body (1) as shown.3. Put valve body (7) in position on valve body (1) and install the bolts that hold them together.4. Install O-ring seals (10) and (12) on valve body (13).5. Install unloading valve (11) and spring (9) in valve body (13) as shown.end by:a) install elevator relief valve
