Setting The Beeper
The AccuGrade system includes a beeper. The beeper can be configured in order to provide an audible signal when any of the events that are listed in Table 1 occur.

Above Grade     The beeper sounds when the bucket is more than one times the vertical tolerance and less than four times the vertical tolerance above grade.     Continuous:

Avoidance Zone (Entering the Avoidance Zone)     The beeper sounds in a continuous pattern when the machine is within the avoidance zone.
The beeper cannot be disabled.     Once only:
200 msec on
200 msec off
400 msec off    
Avoidance Zone - Entering Warning Zone     The beeper sounds when the machine is within warning distance of an avoidance zone.
The beeper cannot be disabled.        
Avoidance Zone - No Avoid     The beeper sounds when the "No Avoid" message is displayed.
The beeper cannot be disabled.        
Laser Receiver     The beeper sounds when the laser receiver loses strikes from laser transmitter.        
Laser Catcher Laser Strike     The beeper sounds when laser catcher is receiving strikes outside on-grade window.        
Laser Catcher Laser Grade Strike     The beeper sounds when laser catcher is receiving strikes inside on-grade window. Valid for 3 seconds once laser strike is lost.     Once only: 200 msec on    
Below Grade     The beeper sounds when the bucket is more than one times the vertical tolerance and less than four times the vertical tolerance below grade.     Continuous:
100 msec on
100 msec off    
GPS Accuracy     The beeper sounds when the GPS accuracy mode changes.     Once only:
200 msec on    
Key/Switch Beeps     Audible signal when a key or a switch is pressed.     Once only:
200 msec on    
On Grade     The beeper sounds when the bucket is within the vertical tolerance of the grade.     Continuous:

Warning Message Appears     The beeper sounds when a warning message appears and when a warning message automatically disappears.     Once only:
200 msec on

Warning Message Disappears     The beeper sounds when a warning message automatically disappears.     Once only:

ATS/UTS Tracking     The beeper sounds when the ATS/UTS loses lock on the machine target.        
UTS Measure up     The beeper sounds when a successful Center of Rotation measurement has been made.        
Laser Receiver     The beeper sounds when the laser receiver loses strikes from laser transmitter.        Perform the following steps in order to access the "Beeper" screen.
The AccuGrade system must be in "Service Mode" in order to access the beeper setup options. At the "Setup Menu – Configuration" screen, press the "Down Arrow or Up Arrow" button until "Beeper" is highlighted.
