Disconnect hydraulic hose assemblies (15). Install Tooling (A) in the hydraulic hose assemblies.

Remove bolts (16). Attach nylon straps and a suitable lifting device. Remove the piston motor and fan assembly (17). The weight of the piston motor and fan assembly (17) is approximately 29 kg (65 lb).

Remove bolts (18) and move air conditioning condenser (19) to the side.

Remove bolts (20) from the bottom of panel (21) .

Remove bolts (22). Bolts (22) secure panel (23) to the radiator and oil cooler support.
Remove panel (23) .
Remove bolt (24) that secures brace (25) to the radiator and oil cooler support.

Remove bolts (26). Bolts (26) secure panel (21) to the radiator and oil cooler support.
Remove bolts (27) and remove bracket (28) .

Remove bolts (29). Bolts (29) secure radiator and oil cooler support (30) to panel (31) .

Remove bolt (32) and remove panel (31) .

Remove bolts (33) and remove brace (34) .

Install Tooling (B) in order to remove radiator and oil cooler support (30) .

Remove mounting bolts (35) which are located under the machine. Bolts (35) secure the radiator and oil cooler support.
Remove the oil cooler assembly from the machine. The weight of the oil cooler is approximately 204 kg (450 lb).

Place the oil cooler on a level surface. Remove bolts (36) and brackets (37) from each side of the oil cooler assembly.

Remove bolts (38). Separate radiator and oil cooler support (30) from the oil cooler.

Install Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device. Remove oil cooler (39). The weight of the oil cooler is approximately 84 kg (185 lb).
