Disconnect harness assemblies (2) from speed/timing sensors (1).

Remove bolt (3), washer (4), and bracket (5). Remove speed/timing sensors (1). Remove the O-ring seals from speed/timing sensors (1). Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Illustration 3 g01175674Note: Check the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. If necessary, replace the O-ring seals.
Apply Tooling (A) to the O-ring seals prior to installation. Install speed/timing sensors (1).
Position bracket (5) and install bolt (3) and washer (4). Tighten bolt (3) to a torque of 28 7 N m (21 5 lb ft).

Connect harness assemblies (2) onto speed/timing sensors (1).
