Use the information that follows if oil leaks from the pressure sensors on the main hydraulic pump.

Procure the parts that are listed in Table 2.
Position the machine in the servicing position. Refer to the Owners and Operation Manual that is appropriate for your machine.

Remove one of the 221-8859 Pressure Sensors from the main hydraulic pump. Refer to Illustration 1 and Illustration 2 for the location of the sensors.
Install the 1P-1669 Seal Plug in the main hydraulic pump in place of the sensor in order to prevent oil from leaking.
Remove the former O-ring seal from the sensor. Install a new 3K-0360 O-Ring Seal on the sensor.
Remove the plug that was installed in Step 4.
Install the pressure sensor. Tighten the sensor to a torque of 100 10 N m (75 7 lb ft).
Repeat Step 3 through Step 7 for the remaining pressure sensor.
Start the engine. Operate the front linkage. Check and confirm that oil is not leaking from the pressure sensors.
Use the information that follows if oil leaks from the pressure sensors on the main hydraulic pump.
