start by: a) remove glow plugsb) remove fuel injection valves1. Remove the coolant from the engine cooling system.2. Remove the bolts from wiring harness for the glow plugs. 3. Remove the precombustion chamber using tool (A).Install Precombustion Chambers
1. Install seal (1) and gasket (2) on the precombustion chamber. Use the gasket that does not have paint.2. Put 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the precombustion chamber, and liquid soap on the seal. 3. Install the precombustion chamber in the cylinder head. Use tool (A) to tighten chamber to a torque of 150 10 lb.ft. (20.7 1.4 mkg). If the glow plug is not in GO RANGE, note the range in which the plug is found. Remove chamber and gasket. Install the chamber with the gasket called for below. 4. Install the wiring harness and bolts for the glow plugs.5.
