Installation Procedure

Using a suitable lifting device, install radiator and hydraulic cooler assembly (14).

Install bolts (16) and bolts (15). Tighten bolts (16) to a torque of 100 20 N.m (74 15 lb ft).

Install tube assembly (11) and bolts (10).
Install u-bolt (13) and nuts (12).

Install hose assembly (9) and bolts (8).

Install cover (7) and bolts (6).

Connect hose assemblies (5) and (4). Install tube assembly (3) and bolts (2). Connect hose assembly (1).
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil – Change" for the correct filling procedures.

Install the condenser.
Install the aftercooler.
Install the fan.
Install the hood.
