Remove Transmission Oil Pump
1. Open door (1) in floor behind seat.2. Remove tool box. Do Step 3 for machines with a cab.3. Remove the two bolts and the access panel behind the cab. 4. Remove two bolts (2).5. Remove transmission oil pump.Install Transmission Oil Pump
1. Put transmission oil pump (1) in position. 2. Install two bolts (2) that hold transmission oil pump to transmission. Do Step 3 for machines with a cab.3. Install the access panel and two bolts.4. Install tool box.5. Close door in floor behind seat.Disassemble Transmission Oil Pump
a) remove transmission oil pump 1. Remove shaft (1) and O-ring seals. 2. Remove six bolts (2) and cover (3).3. Remove O-ring seals from inside cover. 4. Remove two bearings from cover with tooling (A). 5. Remove gears (4) and body (5) from cover (6).6. Remove O-ring seals from cover (6).7. Remove two bearings from cover with tooling (A).Assemble Transmission Oil Pump
1. Install two bearings (2) in cover (4) with tooling (A). 2. Install O-ring seal (3) in cover (4). Put a small amount of grease on the seal to keep it in position.3. Put holes in body (1) in alignment with holes in cover and install body.4. Put a small amount of oil on gears and in bearings.5. Install gears (5) and (6). 6. Install two bearings in cover (7) with tooling (A).7. Install O-ring seal in cover and install cover to body. Put a small amount of grease on O-ring seal for easier installation. 8. Install O-ring seal on shaft (8).9. Install shaft (8) into pump.10. Install O-ring seals (9) in cover. Pump must be free to turn by hand after assembly.end by: a) install transmission oil pump
