Before assembly, coat all bores for the pins and the sealing lips with black 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge. After assembly, apply black 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge to all joints.
1 1 266-3901 Pin As Diameter is 44.934 to 44.975 mm (1.7691 to 1.7707 inch).
2 As required, use the following shims to adjust the minimum lateral clearance to the maximum of 0.6 mm (0.02 inch):
2 176-8464 Shim Thickness is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch).
1 176-8465 Shim Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
3 1 8T-4244 Nut Position the nut (3) to the distance of 0.0 to 1.0 mm (0.00 to 0.04 inch) past the end of the bolt. For locking, tighten the nut (3) against the nut (4).

5 1 8T-4137 Bolt Torque to 70 15 N m (52 11 lb ft).
6 6 093-1430 Lip Type Seal Install the dust seal so that the lip faces outside, as shown.

Installation depth is 5.0 0.5 mm (0.20 0.02 inch).
