2. Remove turbocharger air outlet pipe (1). Remove retaining bolts (2) and air cleaner bracket. 3. Remove mounting bolts (A,B,C,D,E,F) and lift rocker arm assembly out.4. Remove push rods.Install Rocker Arm Shaft and Push Rods
1. Install push rods in the lifters. 2. Loosen adjusters (3) two revolutions and position rocker shaft assembly on the head.3. Install mounting bolts (A,B,C,D,E,F) and tighten in alphabetical order as follows: a) Tighten bolts to 115 lb. ft. (15,9 mkg).b) Retighten all bolts in alphabetical order to 175 5 lb. ft. (24,2 0,7 mkg).c) Retighten bolts again (hand torque only) in alphabetical order to 175 5 lb. ft. (24,2 0,7 mkg).4. Adjust inlet valve clearance to .015 in. (0,38 mm) and exhaust valve clearance to .025 in. (0,64 mm).5. Install air cleaner bracket.6. Install turbocharger air outlet pipe.7.
