Location of sealing components in new crankshaft seal groups. (1) outer sealing lip. (2) foam washer. (3) inner sealing lip. (4) sleeve.Adaptable To: The new 4P2733 Front and 4P2734 Rear Crankshaft Seal Groups are direct replacements for the former 2W1733 Front and 2W1734 Rear Crankshaft Seal Groups in the above engines. The new seal groups are in effect with 3406 Vehicular Engine 11N276 and 3406B 460 Horsepower (PEEC) Truck Engines 5YG696 and 2EK1-Up. The new seal groups are adaptable to all earlier engines. The new seal groups can be used to replace the 2W1733 Front and 2W1734 Rear Crankshaft Seal Groups in 3400 Family of Engines in applications where additional protection from dirt and dust are required.
