Raise the front tires off the ground. Install wheel lean locking bolt (1).
Mark the centerline of both tires at the front of the machine. Measure Dimension (A) between the two marks and record the dimension.
Rotate the tires by 180 degrees. The marks on the tires should be facing toward the rear of the machine. Measure Dimension (B) between the two marks and record the dimension.
If measurement (A) at the front of the tires is identical to measurement (B) at the rear of the front tires, the toe-in is correct. If the difference between measurement (A) and measurement (B) is greater than 3.18 mm (0.125 inch) then, the toe-in needs to be adjusted.
In order to adjust the toe-in, loosen nuts (2) in clamps (3). Rotate tie rod (4) in the direction that is needed in order to achieve the correct toe-in for the front wheels. When the toe-in is correct, orient the bolts that are in the tie rod clamps, as shown. Tighten nuts (2).
Remove wheel lean locking bolt (1).
